Delivery Information

All orders are usually dispatched same day for next day delivery for orders received before 4.00pm. (Subject to payment processing)

Earth Essentials products:

Our standard delivery price is £4.95, however other items also incur an ADDITIONAL price because of their weight. You will see the shipping costs when you checkout. They are Beehive Wormeries (delivery £19.95) and Dog Poo/Home wormeries 240L (delivery £22.95/240L & £11.95/120L). When you add the item to your cart and enter your details, you may need to choose Royal Mail shipping.

If you are picking up from our shop, please enter 'Pick Up' in the coupon box to zero the shipping costs. Collection in person is available from our Earth Essentials shop in Romsey, Hampshire.

For large orders, please contact us on 01794 513951 as the automated system may show an unusually high shipping price.

When ordering onine you will receive a response confirming your order.
Please be assured we do not share your email address with anyone except our group our companies - Clearsky, Green by Nature and Worms Online. We will only use it to contact you regarding you order, in response to a question or request from yourself or to inform you of important information about our products or services.

We use Royal Mail or Acclaim Couriers for deliveries, you should receive the order the day after dispatch, if you have not received in it after 7 days please contact us. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of your order if you have not notified us within this time period. Please do be in to receive your worms, they really do not like being left for long especially in very worm or cold conditions, we take every care to ensure they reach you in a healthy condition, we trust you will ensure they remain this way upon delivery.

As there is a next day delivery service please ensure you are available for receiving your order, especially the worms. Worms may deteriorate or even die if left in unfavourable conditions.

Our worms are precious and deserve to be handled with utmost care.

We ensure that our worms are packaged very carefully in rigid protective containers with plenty of safe bedding for their protection, safety and well being. Our care and attention to the worms’ welfare ensures that they arrive with you in excellent condition ready for use whether for fishing, recycling, compost or wormeries, whatever use you have for your worms you need to be certain that they will be fit for purpose on their arrival.

We do advise using the worms within 24 hours of arrival, however as they are packed with good amount of space, ventilation and in their familiar safe bedding so will survive for up to 1 week in the container they arrive in. If you are not intending to use your worms within 24 hours we do advise that you also purchase worm feed. This is a specially formulated feed for worms that ensure that they are fed a nutritionally correct diet.
